Terry Melvin - CEO
Mr. Melvin has served as the CEO of the company since December of 2012. Before joining Arrow, Mr. Melvin served as President and Managing Director of the Melvin Group, a business and technology consulting firm. Prior to that he served as COO and Secretary of BMC and President of Rosen Products. He spent 18 years at Raychem Corporation, a Fortune 300 firm, where he held General Management roles with several fast growing global divisions and served as a member of the Corporate Sales and Marketing Committee. Mr. Melvin holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University and an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School at Case Western Reserve University.
Liz Benditt - VP Marketing
Ms. Benditt joined the company in November 2016 after three years leading marketing and communications for The Lyric Opera of Kansas City. She has diverse experience in a variety of national and international industries and brands including Ace Hardware, Multi Service Corporation, Bluetooth, Hallmark, and Sonic America's Drive In. Key skills include Digital Marketing and Social Media experience, and leading teams to rapid growth, through effective branding, and sales & marketing effectiveness. Ms. Benditt holds a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
Larry Hayes - Consultant
Mr. Hayes joined Arrow as COO in 2013 and moved into a consulting role in early 2017. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Three Lanes Consulting, and VP Manufacturing & Supply Chain at BMC. He spent 5 years at Avalex Technologies serving as Director of Operations & FAA Accountable Manager. Prior to that Mr. Hayes was Director of Quality & Supply Chain at Synventive Molding Systems and VP of Operations for Rosen Products. He holds a M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, a B.S. in Individual Studies from the State University of New York at Plattsburg, and an A.A.S in Aerospace Technology from the Community College of Air Force.
Brian Pokorny - COO
Mr. Pokorny joined Arrow Acquisition LLC as Chief Operating Officer In May of 2017 after 3 years of focusing on a small local company as President / Owner. Prior to that, Mr. Pokorny spent 17 years at Garmin International Inc. as Vice President, Operations, instituting Quality initiatives and supporting compound annual revenue growth exceeding 20%. While there, he implemented ISO 9001 across multiple global sites and Lean Manufacturing principles improving performance in productivity, on-time delivery, and cycle time. Mr. Pokorny holds a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Nebraska.
Ross Gault - CTO
Mr. Gault has been with the team since January 2006. Prior to Arrow, Mr. Gault handled the engineering aspects of several accounts at Pana Pacific. Mr. Gault also worked 10 years in the Clear Liquids Division of Weir Pumps Limited. His experience at Weir culminated in leading the Product Development team designing new products, rationalizing the product line, and managing the life cycles of legacy products. Mr. Gault has co-authored a number of patents in power transmission and safety systems. Mr. Gault holds a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and has an MBA, with distinction, from the Craig School of Business in Fresno, California.
Scott Clevenger - VP Sales
Prior to joining Arrow, Mr. Clevenger was Vice President, Sales for Xtreme Manufacturing, with responsibilities for eastern US and Canada. He also served as Business Line Manager, Americas for Atlas Copco, Used Construction Equipment Division, where he established the newly formed division and was a member of the executive management team. Mr. Clevenger spent 8 years as Midwest Regional Sales Manager for RSC Equipment Rental, continuing on with United Rentals after their merger. He also spent several years with Tramco Inc. and Rexnord Corporation. Mr. Clevenger holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Design and CAD/CAM from Central Missouri State University.
Tim Kane - CFO
Mr. Kane joined the Company as CFO in February 2015. Before that, Mr. Kane was Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer for Hunter's Specialties, Inc. based in Cedar Rapids, IA. Prior to joining Hunter's Specialties, Mr. Kane spent 22 years with Hallmark Cards in various senior finance roles, including: Finance Director Business Transformation - Hallmark Cards, NA; Chief Administrative & Financial Officer of Halls Merchandising; Chief Financial Officer, Hallmark International, Bradford, West Yorkshire, England and CFO, Hallmark Cards PLC, also based in England. Mr. Kane received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Creighton University and a M.B.A. from Rockhurst University.
